Thanks for your feedback. No error message. It just does not work. In order to get either the spell check or thesaurus to work again, I have to close the program and sometimes log off the computer. When I restart the program, the spell check or thesaurus will work about times then it stops. There is no error message nor can I check the thesaurus menu item within Word.

Neither menu items spell rownload or thesaurus will do anything until I close the program, and start /45265.txt again. I've gone line by line through the document. Nothing eord marked "do not check spelling.

Are you sepll that this is how your system is working? If so, do you see the same thing if you start Word in safe mode?
